Kurtis
began working in the commodity futures industry in 1988. His commodities
and securities registrations have included: Series 3 Commodity Futures
Representative, Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA), Series 7 General Securities
Representative, Series 24 General Securities Principal, Series 63 Uniform
Securities Agent, Annuities License, and Series 65 Registered Investment
Advisor. Since 1989, Kurtis has been with KIS Futures, Inc. specializing
in Futures & Options Trading and Risk Management Hedging Services.
He received his J.D. Law Degree from Oklahoma City University School of
Law and his Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma
State University. Kurtis has authored several articles including a law
article on “THE
FUTURES INDUSTRY: from Commodities to the Over-the-Counter Derivatives
Market”. He also serves as an Arbitrator with the National Association
of Securities Dealers (NASD) and the National Futures Association (NFA).
Kurtis is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association,
and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association. |

Lane
is the Chief Operating Officer of KIS Futures, Inc. and has been with
the firm for over 16 years. He has worked as a commodity futures broker
since 1988 primarily servicing livestock, grain and energy hedgers and
traders. Lane is a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University
where he received his degree in Finance. Lane grew up on a cattle ranch
in western Oklahoma and still runs cattle to this day. |

is Vice President of KIS Futures, Inc. where he has been a broker since
2004. He received a Finance degree from the University of Oklahoma and

Harlan
has been a commodity futures broker since 1991 and has been with KIS Futures
since 1994. He also has over 25 years of experience in Cash Marketing.
Harlan is President and a Principal of OKC West Livestock Market in El
Reno, Oklahoma . He received his Finance Degree from Oklahoma State University
in 1965. Harlan assists his clients in the Livestock, Grain, Energy, Currency,
and Equity Markets (both Futures & Options). |

He graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1970. Tom began

Oklahoma. He currently advises agriculture and energy commercial institutions
in risk management and investment strategies while also providing strategic
business planning. Jarrod is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association,
